What does this mean?

This is a procedural resolution that sets the rules for how the House of Representatives will debate and vote on three separate bills — it doesn't change any laws itself. One bill would stop federal land managers (like the U.S. Forest Service and other agencies overseeing national forests, wildlife refuges, and similar public lands) from banning lead bullets or fishing gear on that land, affecting hunters and anglers who use those areas. The second bill would make it easier to deport or deny entry to immigrants who've been convicted of committing fraud against the government or illegally collecting public benefits like food stamps or disability payments. The third bill would allow deportation or denial of entry for immigrants convicted of harming police or service animals, such as police dogs or horses.
